Samsung Malaysia Electronics today announced the arrival of the highly anticipated Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 edge in Malaysia. You might’ve already been briefly introduced to the smartphones previously, but now, let’s take a closer look at it.

And yes, Malaysia is one of the first few countries in Southeast Asia to witness the official arrival of the 2 smartphones.

The Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 edge is carefully crafted from metal and glass.The Galaxy S6 edge in particular has its glass body made from Corning Gorilla Glass 4 – the toughest glass to date.
Both phones come in an array of colourful jewel tones, incges luding White Pearl, Black Sapphire, Gold Platinum, Blue Topaz (Galaxy S6 exclusive), and Green Emerald (Galaxy S6 edge exclusive), which elicit a unique visual texture as it reflects natural light.
Vivid Images With A Fast, Bright Camera
The Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 edge are equipped with an incredibly vivid, bright and fast front and reare camera. The f1.9 aperture and high resolution sensors on both front (5MP) and rear (16MP) cameras provide the most superior image quality in a smartphone, even in the dark.
In adition, Auto Real-time High Dynamic Range (HDR), Smart Optical Image Stabilisation (OIS), and IR Detect White Balance provide advanced light sensitivities and crisp camera solutions. Samsung Malaysia’s Personalised Pick-Up Service
Also announced at the launch today was Samsung Malaysia’s pick-up service. What the service does is offer a personalised pick-up service for the new Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 edge if there’s no Samsung service centre near you, the owner. And if that’s not attractive enough, the service will be offered for free to all customers who have bought the Galaxy S6 or Galaxy S6 edge.

The Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 edge will retail at RM2,599 and RM3,099 (prices are inclusive of 6% GST) respectively and available in Malaysia from 17th April onwards with 32GB storage option.
Malaysians can pre-order their Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 edge from 3rd – 12th April through the Samsung Malaysia website. Those who pre-order the Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 edge will receive a free wireless charger*.
