Forbes just announced their annual “30 Under 30″ list, which includes “players” from various fields such as “Art & Style”, tech, “Hollywood & Entertainment”, sports, science, media, “Food & Drink”, so on and so forth. There’s also a music category, which features a blend of country, rock, electronic, hip-hop and pop with a shot of disruptive entrepreneurialism. Surprisingly, some of your favourite electronic music producers hold down an impressive 5 slots, including Mr. “Animals” himself aka Martin Garrix.
Afrojack came out quite on top of the list having cinched second place while Porter Robinson claimed the 15th place throne. A co-founder of the world’s largest paint party, “Life in Color” also found his way onto the list – Sebastian Solano at 22nd place. Of course, there are monumentally successful artistes on it such as Iggy Azalea, Ed Sheeran, Sam Smith, and Meghan Trainor, to say the least.
