Lead singer of the band The Calling was abducted and beaten according to sources (TMZ). It was revealed that the 18 year old singer was abducted on his way to to a mini-mart, by an unidentified minivan.
Alex Band was found beaten up and dumped at a train station, when fellow band members went out to look for the missing singer. Other sources revealed that the Lapeer Police Department stated that a member of the band The Calling; who was reportedly being forced into a blue-colored minivan in the wee hours of the morning by two male passengers near South Main Street, Michigan.
According to the police department, the singer is currently home and ongoing investigations are taking place to identify the abductees. Initial investigations revealed that Band was robbed during the abduction but the motive behind the robbery was yet to be determined.
