Only last month, Malaysian influencer Ameera Khan and Indonesian actor Jefri Nichol seemed like a happy couple, showing off their love on social media. However, Ameera’s recent social media activities have netizens speculating a break-up.
Fans have noticed that Ameera has deleted all photos of her and Jefri from her Instagram account. It’s unclear when the content creator started removing her posts. However, as of today (4th April 2025, Friday), there is no sign of Jefri on Ameera’s social media. Since the pair were never shy about their relationship, it’s no surprise that the move sparked rumours of the couple splitting.

It is worth noting that Jefri still has photos and videos of Ameera on his Instagram account, but it’s unclear if he will also clear out the posts. It was also previously reported that the pair unfollowed each other on the social media platform. However, a recent check shows that they are still following each other. Regardless, fans are spamming their comment sections, hoping to hear the truth about their relationship.
Fans of Ameera are especially interested in what’s happening, since the 24-year-old previously voiced interest in going steady with Jefri. While the couple never directly confirmed their relationship, both sides appeared to have strongly considered marriage. For this reason, many commenters expressed hope that Ameera and Jefri are still together and are merely facing a minor hindrance in their relationship.

However, some netizens are mocking the situation. A few even poked fun at Ameera for previously sharing too much about her dating life. The celeb pair have faced a lot of criticism about their romance, with many Muslim netizens calling them out for kissing and holding hands despite not being married. Some netizens have also disapproved of the relationship because of Jefri’s controversial past.
