Being at the age of 25 years, Joe Brooks has a wide fan base coming from Europe, America, and Asia. He first started off by writing his own songs and posting it on MySpace, getting over 30,000 plays a day. He soon hit the U.K.’s highest-ranking unassigned artist. It can clearly be seen that he is a self-motivator as he taught himself to play guitar, which made him the Joe Brooks today.
Currently based in Los Angeles, this Great Britain singer/songwriter’s highly anticipated latest album titled “The Boy and The Broken Machine,” was released late 2012. Having some of his early inspirations such as Simon and Garfunkel, The Beatles, and Ray Charles, Joe expanded his horizon of song makers who inspired him, including Jack Johnson, Rob Thomas, and Damien Rice. Without doubt, his new music certainly captured new ears.
Having sold out shows worldwide, Joe Brooks will finally be touring Asia. With GAP partnership for this event, there will be GAP Booth where guests will be able to take instant photos for free. Along with that, GAP would like to run an Instagram contest themed, “Best Festival Photo”.
All the guests need to do is to Instagram a photo they take from the photo booth and hash tag #GAPMalaysia to enter the contest. Five winners will be selected with the best “Festival/Concert” look and each will walk away with Gap voucher. It does not just end there; GAP will also be giving out GAP packs to the first 150 guests, which includes mini drinking water, tissue paper, glow stick, and GAP bounce back voucher. Apart from that, GAP will have a few tickets to be given away via their social channel.
