Well, well, well. Just when we thought that we’ve probably fallen out of Super Junior’s “Super Show 5″ World Tour grid, we stand corrected. While we were snooping around the Wikipedia page earlier this morning, we noticed a new entry that indicted that the K-Pop super idol boy group might just be headed our way as part of their world tour.
Super Junior’s “Super Show 5″ World Tour is a live concert tour of the South Korean super group that has been held annually since 2008. This installment commemorates their sixth studio album, “Sexy, Free, & Single” – most of you might’ve already heard the single off the album:
The first of the “Super Show 5” concerts kicked off in their home ground, Seoul. On 23rd and 24th March. After which, the boys will venture “out into the world” for the other tour stops which include China, Japan, South America, and Europe. On 21st April, Super Junior will travel to Brazil, the first stop of their four-country tour in South America – but as far as we know, the tickets for that have been completely sold out!
And because of the rate at which the tickets sold, SM Entertainment has taken precautions for their highly anticipated arrival. They are reportedly working with the Sao Paulo airport in Brazil to provide 10 times the regular amount of safety guards to make sure no one gets hurt on the day the boys arrive.
Imagine that!
Also, due to an overwhelming amount of requests, the concert venue has lifted the ban on glowsticks for the first time since its opening in 1999. Impressive, no?
All that aside and back to business, here’s what we discovered earlier today:
Yup! It seems like the Super Junior boys will be headed our way after all! First things first, no other details about their stop in Malaysia have been announced as of yet so we’re not sure if this is done deal and confirmed. But we’re keeping our fingers crossed because who wouldn’t want to see ‘em hot idols live anyway, right?
Hang in there, peeps! We’ll update this post with more information as soon as we know!
