Currently working on their follow-up to the 2012 album “The Heist” that spawned “Thrift Shop” and “Same Love” which took the duo from indie underdogs to chart-toppers, Macklemore & Ryan Lewis have released their latest single. Titled “Growing Up” the song which features Ed Sheeran, is their first song in three years.

Also serving as a letter to Macklemore’s newborn daughter, “Growing Up” brings out the best in all the artistes featured on the track. Similar to “Same Love”, this new single is comforting, warm and heartfelt. Macklemore offers up important life lessons throughout the song as he raps about how he will juggle parental responsibilities. Coupled with Sheeran’s vocal on the hook, it’s impossible to not fall in love with this track.
