BMW World Malaysia – an out of this world experience.
BMW Group Malaysia has officially open its doors to the first ever BMW World Malaysia, a three-day exhibition featuring six new vehicles from the BMW Group brands − BMW, MINI and BMW Motorrad.
The three-day exhibition which runs from April 17th (Friday) to April 19th (Sunday), will also feature an experiential showcase of the brand’s landmark concept vehicles for the first time in Asia.
During the invite-only opening ceremony on April 16th (Thursday), Mr. Alan Harris, Managing Director and CEO of BMW Group Malaysia said:
“We at BMW have always believed in creating an all-round unforgettable experience for our customers, and we wanted to do so through a space which communicates the heart of the brands we carry. We hope that with the BMW World Malaysia, our valued customers will enjoy a brand experience that is unlike any other.”
A must attend by all BMW enthusiasts, the BMW World Malaysia exhibition will also feature the largest display of premium automobiles represented by the BMW Group. These includes the introduction of the all-ned BMW 2 Series Active Tourer, the new BMW X6 and for the first time in Malaysia, BMWi with the all-new BMW i8.

As for MINI, the new MINI John Cooper Works, the new MINI Cooper 5-Door and the new locally-assembled MINI Cooper Countryman will be introduced during the exhibition. Last but not least, new motorcycles in the form of the BMW S 1000 RR and the new BMW R 1200 R will be introduced at the exhibition for the BMW Motorrad section.
The event will also showcase the pioneering innovations of the BMW Group in both design and technology with the first ever premiere of the BMW 328 Hommage in Asia as well as the BMW Concept Roadster motorcycle for the first time in Malaysia.

Sounds pretty interesting doesn’t it? We were lucky enough to be part of the launch last night and we dare say, that it was an experience like no other.
