The South Korean entertainment industry, particularly the music scene, is absolutely buzzing because the time has come for the influx of comebacks as well as debuts. One particular debut that we’ve been looking forward to for months now is none other than CUBE Entertainment’s new pride and joy, CrystaL Clear aka CLC.

The news first surfaced last year when CUBE officially announced that, yes, they were indeed going to introduce a multinational group. While we were waiting, we were treated to an “Arirang Special” video which featured Thai member Sorn’s idol training. Needless to say, that fed our anticipation even more.

Note: We met Sorn 2 years ago when she was crowned winner of the inaugural season of “tvN K-Pop Star Hunt”. Check out our exclusive pre-debut interview with her here.

Fast forward to a couple of months later, the agency confirmed that the CLC girls were almost ready to meet everyone as they will debut in March 2015. A few days after, the members’ profile were released one by one, alongside some adorable teaser photos.

And now, the rookie all-girl group have released a colourful and fun MV teaser for their upcoming debut with “PEPE”. According to AKP, CLC revealed during their debut showcase at Seoul’s Acts Hotel yesterday (18th March) that K-Pop idol Rain was the one who choreographed their “PEPE” dance.

The girls also said that although it will not be shown in the music video, fans will still be able to see it during their performances.

Watch the “PEPE” teaser here:

CLC’s debut mini-album will be titled, “First Love” and will contain 5 songs, including the title track, “PEPE”.

BTOB’s Ilhoon wrote the lyrics to 2 songs on their album, titled, “Please Give Me Cafe Mocha” and “Opening The Window”.

UPDATE (11am, 19th March):

The official music video for “PEPE” has been released! It’s cute and it’s funky, but the room orientation might confused you a little though. Nevertheless, we love how quirky it is ;)

Watch:

Their mini-album will be released on 19th March (that’s today!) so keep a look out for it ;)
