More than 200,000 both local and international visitors are expected to be at the annual Putrajaya International Hot Air Balloon Fiesta on 12th – 15th March 2015 to enjoy the psychedelic skyline.
The fiesta, now in its 7th year, celebrates its exciting exhibition and activities dedicated to all age groups from 7am – 9pm. The event provides a fun day out for everyone and the perfect spot for parents to plan out their school holiday destination.
Visitors are invited to this free event to get a chance to experience in the fiesta’s eight areas. Hop in the tethered balloon rides; enjoy picnic style breakfast while balloons fly over you; for the adventurous at heart, don’t forget to visit the Extreme Zone; and to keep you energised and well-fed, a revolving cast of food stalls and trucks are waiting to serve you at the Purple Zone.
Also, for the first time, Night Glow will be held for two nights from 14th – 15th March 2015.
Night Glow is the highlight of every Hot Air Balloon Fiesta, it gives visitors the opportunity to see Hot Air Balloons being light up at night as the pilots ignite their burners and transform the launching area into a psychedelic giant light bulbs in the sky, all synchronised to the sound of music and topped off with spectacular fireworks finale. Best of all, for this year, it’s free!
Grab your chance to be up close with the balloons 
A new area this year, MyBalloonClub, will offer an option (but with a price) to visitors who would like to break away from the crowds and indulge in a gourmet breakfast buffet with the best picturesque view. MyBalloonClub is located exactly at Monumen Alaf Baru with a private entrance and it provides premium tether rides and admission to Balloon Launch Site while live jazz performance sets the ambience after morning sessions.

To ensure a peaceful ambience, organisers limit the number of guests per session per day.
