ZoukOut 2014 (12th and 13th Dec) drew 50,000 revellers to Siloso Beach, Sentosa, making the largest turnout in its 14th year history!
Of the 50,000, the two-day festival that featured some of the biggest global acts alongside Singapore talent, saw 40% tourists from around the world, including visitors from neighbouring countries including Hong Kong, Taiwan, Malaysia (that’s us!), Indonesia, Japan, Korea and Vietnam. No expense was sparred to deliver a world-class festival that delivered top-notch production of sound and visuals, and pyrotechnics, plus fringe activities along the sandy beach.
More than 25 artistes performed at the 2-day festival. Apart from its international line-up, ZoukOut also gave bigger play to local and regional talent. But if you missed it, fret not, the official ZoukOut 2014 “First Light” after movie was recently released. The video features some familiar faces and big names from the dance music circuit such as Steve Angello, Dannic, Above & Beyond, Showtek, Maya Jane Coles, Steve Aoki, and more.
Most importantly, it also features the official ZoukOut 2014 anthem, produced by our very own homegrown duo, Goldfish & Blink titled, “First Light”. You need to watch this:
