Jazz enthusiasts in the Klang Valley will be able to enjoy a special night of jazz featuring some of the country’s best jazz acts at Laundry, The Curve Mutiara Damansara on 22nd Nov from 7pm onwards.
Known for its sense of improvisation and a fusion of various cultures, Jazz is one of the longest-running form of popular music that is still evolving, to this day, adding more sounds to its ever-deepening legacy. Its smooth, rhythmic melody and dynamic tempo are refreshed every few decades, adding new flavours and innovations capable of enthralling the world at large.
The event, a collaboration between Laundry and the organisers of the Penang Island Jazz Festival will be a one-night only pre-show performance showcasing a collection of the best local jazz acts who will be performing at the annual event. Featuring a line-up of top local Jazz musicians such as:
- Roger Wang & Sheila Julis
- Bihzhu
- Fazz
- Junk
- Vivian Adelene Adram & Northern Jazz Unit
Audience can expect to be entertained by artistes performing a wide variety of styles including Swing, Latin Jazz, Contemporary Jazz, Acoustic Fingerstyle, Funk Jazz, Blues, etc. So, for those who want to experience live jazz music at its best, head on to Laundry, The Curve on 22nd Nov with your friends and family to enjoy the soulful, sultry sounds of some of our best home-grown jazz talents on stage. This event is open to public from 7pm onwards.
