Yesterday, Ladies’ Code member EunB was finally laid to rest. Family, friends, loved ones, and celebrities alike gathered at the Korean University Anam Hospital to say their last goodbyes to the K-Pop idol, whose life was abruptly taken away in a tragic car crash. The emotional event was also attended by fellow Ladies’ Code members, leader Ashley and Zuny.
They joined the funeral procession and walked behind her casket. Zuny was seen wearing a neck brace as she was also injured in the crash. Both Ashley and Zuny were fighting back the tears the entire time, as seen in a few heartbreaking photos. After EunB’s funeral, Ashley and Zuny returned to the hospital to continue receiving examinations and treatments because of the shock and trauma from the crash.

It was also reported that Ladies’ Code Sojung hasn’t been told about EunB’s passing.
According to Dispatch, Sojung has been receiving treatment in a different building than the building that held EunB’s funeral services. However, it seems that even Sojung was under a suspicion that something was going on but no one could dare tell her the truth. On 4th September, Sojung asked why Polaris Entertainment workers came to visit her all in black clothing. She asked, “Why is everyone coming to visit me all in black?” Sojung, who knows that she wouldn’t be able to handle the truth if she was told, stopped asking anyone from that point on. She received her second facial fracture surgery on the morning of the 5th.
RiSe, on the other hand, continues to be in critical condition and is still in the neurosurgical intensive care unit (ICU) to address the significant injuries to her head. She has yet to regain consciousness.
There were rumours that before the emergency respondents arrived at the scene, RiSe stopped breathing at least 3 times. Despite that her brain was swollen, oxygen wasn’t even reaching the brain properly. However, EunB’s mother released a statement via Polaris Entertainment to show her concern and support for RiSe and the other Ladies’ Code members which said, “RiSe will be alright. Don’t worry. Our EunB will protect RiSe before she leaves.”
Fans too are worried that she may never wake up. But we’re sending our prayers and positive thoughts that way too, wishing her a speedy recovery.
