Porter Robinson delivers with his debut album Worlds.
If you’ve already listened to the album, you’d know that it’s heavily influenced from the world of anime, video games and the whole Japanese culture. This being the case, it was only in due time before Robinson would share just how tight-knit his album and these inspirations are.
Robison does exactly just that in the new music video for his fourth single “Flicker“. The video is shot form a window of a moving train that is travelling through what looks like Japan. Displaying a gorgeous scenery of the natural landscapes, the video is fused with that of a digital 8-bit world.
Though the video may look somewhat simple, the way each digitally infused element synchronises with the components of the track will keep you hooked on for the whole train ride.
