Are you excited to be coming to Malaysia?
Of course! It´s my first time here and I am anxious to play in Octagon Club- Seoul today and Saturday in Vertigo- Kuala Lumpur!
What do you expect most from your show here in Malaysia?
Lots of energy and power because I know that the Asian people is very hot on the dance floor.
What can fans expect from you when you’re in town?
New fresh and elegant electronic music, I did a huge selection of music for them! And of course, a 3 decks set, full of power.
Any hints as to where fans can spot you when you’re in town?
Eating traditional food in the city centre and Vertigo Club!
Out of all the countries you’ve played at, which do you love best and why?
Holland and Japan are my favorite places at the moment. They have huge festivals and the electronic culture there is massive. I am sure Malaysia will be also in my list.
How does it feel to play for an Asian crowd as compared to an European or an American crowd?
I think the energy of the Asian and European crowd is very similar, American is different but I also like it.
How do you feel about Hardwell being number 1?
Good for him!
What are your predictions for the EDM scene in Malaysia – do you foresee Asia overtaking Europe or America?
The fusion between different styles like techno, house and minimal will be the best way for the underground music here. Being a bigger stage for the scene in the future, overtaking America and Europe? Yes!
What is the funniest thing that has happened to you at an event?
At a gig one time, somebody put his coat on my decks and the vinyls was completely scratched in the middle of the set. I started with another new track and everybody was screaming thinking that I did it deliberately. Well, it worked!
How do you like to unwind after a show?
I like to listen classical or ambient music to relax my mind.
