We know him as Professor Xavier; Patrick Stewart is married! According to sources, Patrick Stewart married his British singer-songwriter girlfriend Sunny Ozell yesterday!
Stewart tweeted a rather cute image of his new bride and himself, in a colorful ball pit.
Stewart’s good friend and X-Men co-star Ian McKellen even officiated the ceremony. “I did my part,” the Lord of the Rings actor wrote on his official Facebook page, sharing a picture of himself holding up a “Minister” black t-shirt and the couple’s marriage certificate.

The newlyweds moved fast, as they are already on their honeymoon, a source indicated. Stewart and Ozell, 35, have been together for five years since meeting at the Brooklyn Academy of Music in 2008. The X-Men star has two children from his previous marriage with Sheila Falconer from 1966 to 1990 and was married to Wendy Neuss from 2000 to 2003.
